Cara’s read against the rubric. Strong visual craft and good use of existing components. The trade-offs behind the new tiers are less clear. A second opinion for your team, not a decision.

01
An exercise in minutes, not a week.
Answer a few quick questions and Cara drafts the brief, deliverables and a rubric weighted out of 100. Ask Cara to change anything in plain words, then reuse the exercise across roles.

Fair to candidates. Fair between reviewers.
Candidates submit files and links through a portal with no login, with the effort and deadline shown up front. Reviewers score blind before seeing anyone else’s scores, and big disagreements are flagged.

Understanding, not just output.
Technical assessments generate a unique, open-book task for each candidate. Cara then holds a voice conversation about their submission, so a comprehension gap shows up even when the work looks strong.

Your questions. The useful details.
Does Cara decide who passes?
No. Cara’s rubric review is a second opinion for your team, not a decision. The overall score is calculated from your rubric weights, and your reviewers score independently.
Can candidates use AI tools?
Technical assessments are open book. The spoken follow-up checks whether the candidate understands and can explain what they submitted.
When are exercises sent?
Send an exercise from a candidate’s profile, or send it automatically when candidates reach a pipeline stage. Schedule the walkthrough interview from the review when you’re ready.
