In the daily "Mindful Moments" session, we offer a 15-minute opportunity to pause from daily stressors and engage in practices to center and rejuvenate your mind and body. Join us as we cultivate moments of mindfulness to enhance well-being and inner balance. Aneeqa, a Special Wellness Counselor and emerging intersectional feminist researcher, is committed to fostering well-being and promoting understanding within diverse communities.
