Mindful Moments

In our daily 15-minute session, "Mindful Moments," we invite you to pause from the challenges of your day and join us as we guide you to reconnect, recharge, and reset your mind and body. Sethu, a dedicated psychology student, is passionate about psychoeducation and offering mental health support to help others thrive. Her goal is to emphasize the significance of mental well-being and make a positive impact on those she encounters.
