In the "Mindful Moments" session, we offer a brief 15-minute daily opportunity to pause from the pressures of the day and come together to rejuvenate and realign your mental and physical well-being. Mbali is a compassionate Registered Counselor specializing in assisting adolescents, parents, and addressing trauma. She is dedicated to offering positive support and educational resources to enhance mental health awareness for her clients.
