Mindful Moments

In the "Mindful Moments" session, you are invited to join us for a 15-minute daily break to cultivate presence, recharge, and center your mind and body. Kaylee is a dedicated counselor specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on relationship counseling, trauma, grief, and emotional and behavioral challenges.
