The "Monthly Student Connect Support Group" is a gathering designed for university and college students to alleviate mental exhaustion and stress in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Participants engage in discussions aimed at sharing strategies for managing these mental challenges. Itumeleng, a psychosocial support worker currently pursuing studies at the South African College of Applied Psychology, focuses on enhancing community access to more affordable mental health services.
