In the daily 15-minute "Mindful Moments" session, you are invited to step away from the daily demands and join us to enhance self-awareness, rejuvenate, and foster mental and physical well-being. Micaela, a Registered Wellness Counselor, is dedicated to guiding individuals through life's challenges, including those encountered in personal relationships and the workplace.
