Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our mobile app, website, and other digital assets. As a Product Designer at Panda Health, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible to all users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and design objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables within given timelines.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience and align with the brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.
- Design and optimize the mobile app, website, content, and PDFs to be responsive, intuitive, and accessible for users with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain design consistency throughout the product.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the user experience and interface.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in mobile app design, website design, content design, and PDF design.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices, and the ability to design inclusive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and the ability to adapt to fast-paced startup culture.
- A passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry would be a plus.
