Job Summary:
The Client Engagement and Analytics Lead will work closely with October Health’s
Organizational Effectiveness team to drive scalable, data-backed adoption and
utilization of the October Health app across client organizations. Acting as a
cross-functional product owner, this role will leverage analytics and user insights to
create scalable, high-impact engagement strategies that maximize the app’s value
for employees and help client leadership demonstrate the measurable benefits of
October Health’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Implement Scalable, Data-Driven Engagement Strategies

Develop and execute scalable initiatives to drive adoption and continuous utilization of the October Health app at client organizations, including:
- Recorded video tutorials.
- On-demand webinars.
- Interactive product tours.
- Training sessions.

Collaborate with October Health’s Organizational Effectiveness team to tailor content and campaigns that align with each client’s unique needs, ensuring all employees can easily:
- Understand.
- Access.
- Engage with the platform’s resources.

Leverage data analytics to identify and prioritize high-impact engagement opportunities, such as:
- Digital onboarding workflows.
- Usage campaigns.
- Thematic wellness initiatives (e.g., month-long challenges or topic-focused series).
2. Lead Data Analytics and Insight Generation

Use October Health’s data tools to:
- Analyze engagement.
- Assess user adoption trends.
- Generate insights on user needs and behavior.
- Present data through dynamic dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders and client teams.

Apply predictive analytics to:
- Identify early signs of disengagement or mental health risk.
- Recommend proactive interventions to sustain engagement and wellbeing among users.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration for Product and User Experience Optimization

Act as a product owner for October Health’s user engagement features:
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure an intuitive user experience that aligns with engagement targets.

Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to:
- Guide the improvement of in-app features.
- Ensure features drive meaningful engagement.
- Design and lead A/B testing to optimize new feature rollouts and validate impact on adoption and retention.

Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to refine tools like the ThriveMeter:
- Ensure they deliver measurable value for users.
- Keep data insights actionable for clients.
4. Drive Adoption Through Scalable Training and Support Programs

Develop scalable support resources, including:
- Self-service knowledge bases.
- Recorded trainings.
- Comprehensive product guides.

Organize and facilitate live training events such as:
- Webinars.
- Q&A sessions tailored to diverse user groups within each client’s organization.
- Use these sessions to drive initial adoption, provide ongoing education, and encourage long-term engagement.

Partner with client leadership to:
- Create tailored rollout plans, including orientation materials, launch-day resources, and milestone-based check-ins to ensure continued app engagement.
5. Measure, Report, and Optimize for Outcomes and ROI

Define and track KPIs that demonstrate the ROI of October Health’s app for clients, such as:
- Improvements in user engagement.
- Wellbeing scores.
- Reduction in absenteeism or turnover.

Deliver detailed impact analysis reports to:
- Provide client leadership with clear evidence of October Health’s contributions to productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to develop models that quantify the correlation between app usage and organizational outcomes.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, product management, business intelligence, or a related field.

Experience:
- 4+ years in a product owner, analytics, or user engagement role, ideally within a SaaS, wellness, or employee experience platform.
- Proven track record in implementing scalable engagement methods, such as:
- Video content creation.
- Webinars.
- Digital training materials.

- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to enhance user engagement strategies.
