Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts and expand our reach within the corporate wellness sector. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the entire marketing funnel, from strategy development to execution, while effectively leveraging data and technology to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of the B2B marketing strategy, aligning with October Health's goals and values.
- Lead Generation & Management: Drive top-of-funnel activities, including lead generation and nurturing through various channels like email campaigns, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
- CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, segmenting audiences, and optimizing lead nurturing strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing the value of October Health’s offerings in employee mental wellness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using relevant tools, providing actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance October Health's brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Customer Engagement: Braze, Klaviyo, etc. to engage with customers and drive retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS, health tech, or wellness industries.
- Customer Engagement Experience: Braze, Klaviyo, etc. to engage with customers and drive retention.
- Sales Acumen: Strong experience in B2B sales, with a track record of supporting sales teams through effective marketing strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative approach to problem-solving and content creation, with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
