October owns and controls access to the infrastructure used to host customer data submitted to October. October’s production systems for the Services are located in facilities in the US and UK. In order to perform our services, we work with a number of authorized subcontractors to provide a red carpet service to our users. We conduct diligence to ensure all subcontractors meet our stringent security standards.
