In this daily 15-minute session, we welcome you to pause from the pressures of your day to participate in a moment of mindfulness. Join us to reconnect, rejuvenate, and refresh your mind and body. Kaylee is a dedicated counselor specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and adults, offering relationship counseling. She is committed to improving lives by assisting with issues such as traumas, grief, and emotional/behavioral challenges. Remember, the educational content provided by October is supportive in nature and not a substitute for professional guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.
