In the "Mindful Moments" session, join us daily for a 15-minute break to rejuvenate your mind and body amidst the daily demands. Our aim is to help you reconnect, recharge, and reset. Your mental well-being matters, and we are here to support you on this journey. Please note that our Forest session is led by CJ, a dedicated HPCSA Registered Counselor with extensive experience in counseling and a special interest in employee assistance programs and career development. Remember, the educational and supportive content provided in October is meant to supplement your mental health journey, not replace professional advice.
